Rent Payment Info

*New tenants will be sent an invitation via email after move-in. Tenant's must login into SimplifyEm's web site to set up their new rent portal account. Rent will be paid by ACH electronic transfer to 360 Properties, LLC via SimplifyEM.com. The transfer is initiated at 12:01 am on the 1st of the month. If you would like your rent transfer set up for the 2nd or 3rd of the month you must contact 360 Properties, LLC within the first month of your lease, minimum of 1 week before your 2nd months rent is due.

There is a verification process with your bank account, and it can take up to 2 weeks to complete. To avoid late rent payment, and late fee's make sure you set up your account at least 2 weeks prior to your rental due date.

Your negligence to set up your account will not be an excuse for late rent payment.
