With over 25 years of experience in Residential Brokerage and Property Management, Nicole Mancuso brings a proven track record of success built on a foundation of clear communication, strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, tireless commitment to hard work, and excellent customer service. Her commitment to these characteristics has led to her demonstrated success during her 25+ years in the business. Nicole has resided in the Austin area most of her life, has seen the growth, ups, and downs of the market. Her longevity in the business and years of residence has given her a broad demographic knowledge of Austin and it’s surrounding areas. Having an enhanced expertise in purchase/sell transactions, leasing and property management making her uniquely qualified to help a variety of clients and investors.

Nicole’s professional accomplishments include, Residential Brokerage small business owner, Certified Residential Specialist(CRS®), Texas Residential Leasing Specialist(TRLS®), Texas Residential Property Manager(TRPM®) and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license, a license held by less than 1% of Realtors because of the education, training and experience required. She is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Austin Board of Realtors, Council of Residential Specialists, Texas Board of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors.

In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two dog’s, Clutch and Cam. Nicole is a true outdoor enthusiast spending her summers on the lake soaking up the sun, wake-surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding. During the cooler months, she is an avid motocross and mountain biker.

Katy is a driven accomplished individual who has a passion for helping others and serving her community. Married for 21 years to husband, Jack, together they have two boys, Coy and Capp.

Katy is also a proud veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where she learned valuable skills in teamwork, leadership, and discipline. After completing her service, she pursued higher education and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Food Science and Technology. While attending A&M, she also studied to become a Real Estate agent and worked in leasing for several years.

In her free time, Katy enjoys pursuing her creative side with photography. She also has a love for cooking, especially trying new recipes. She is an outdoors enthusiast and enjoys kayaking and hunting.

Katy is determined to apply her diverse skillset and passion for serving others to further improve the community. She is excited to help people with their real estate needs.

Shaun is a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. With 27 years of experience as a plumber and plumbing supervisor, he has built a solid foundation in leadership, organization, and client communication.

Outside of his career, Shaun enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and pets. He has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys hobbies such as hunting, fishing, and metal detecting. Shaun is also passionate about animal rescue and finds fulfillment in helping others whenever he can.
