Important
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
Liability Release
Someone must be home to allow our vendor inside for all maintenance requests. If you choose to allow a vendor to enter your property while you are not present/home or leave while they are there, you do so at your own risk. 360 Properties LLC and the landlord will not be liable for damages or theft caused by the Vendor.
